Our Warranty — Your Peace of Mind

Brothers Auto Group wants you to be comfortable with and confident in the vehicle you purchase from us. We fully comply with Massachusetts Used Vehicle Warranty Law (sometimes referred to as “Lemon Laws’).

Therefore:

• All cars that we sell will pass Massachusetts State Inspection.

• If a car you purchase from us and subsequently taken for Massachusetts State Inspection requires specific repairs in order to pass inspection, we will address those repairs or repurchase the vehicle from you in accordance with Massachusetts Limited Used Vehicle Warranty requirements.

• You vehicle is eligible for mandatory repairs if the defects occur during your vehicle's term of protection. The term of protection is based on how many miles are on the odometer at the time of sale:

Less than 40,000 miles:
90 days or 3,750 miles driven since purchase

40,000 – 79,999 miles:
60 days or 2,500 miles driven since purchase

80,000 – 124,999 miles:
30 days or 1,250 miles driven since purchase

We will be required to charge $100.00 per visit regarding issues related to the purchase beyond any initial visit related to the fulfillment of requirements issued by an authorized Massachusetts State Inspection facility.

Note: Massachusetts Used Vehicle Warranty Law (“Lemon Law’) does not provide for or offer coverage for vehicles with 125,000 miles or more.
